Rental Amount

All bedrooms are $300 per week base rate which includes:

electrical, water, gas and internet bills as well as the following consumables - toilet paper, soap, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponges, scourers, washing powder and other cleaning products

One year lease contract is preferred with bond equivalent to 28 days rent, lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority 

We take the safety of our residents seriously. Our properties have 24/7 surveillance and secure access. We also have nearby-to-site staff to assist with any needs you may have.

Includes garden maintenance on a fornightly basis 

There is one on-site parking space reserved for a resident with a disability. 

If none are in residence, the parking space is available for an additional $15 per week. Unrestricted street parking is also avaiable at no cost
